Happy New Year Everyone!
This year I am diving into new challenges, new services, and a new freedom. I invite you join me on a journey to open yourself to a new way of being present to your life.
Wayne W. Dyer wrote: “Peace is the result of retraining your mind to process life as it is, rather than as you think it should be.”
I am starting this year looking at my life as it is rather than how I think it should be. There are far to many shoulds in my life and in the world around us. I’m sure it will only take you a few seconds to come up with many shoulds in your life. (I should eat healthier, I should exercise, I should be a better parent or friend or spouse, I should go to church or be a better Christian) The list of shoulds can go on and on. By accepting just what IS in our lives we have a new freedom to change what is into something new, instead of draging around what “should be”.

So I will be letting go of the shoulds and I will challenge you to do the same.
